Custom Screen Printing
Screen printing involves pressing ink through a stencil (or screen) to create a design on fabric. Each color in the design gets its own screen, and the ink is layered to build up the final image. It’s perfect for bold, colorful designs, especially on t-shirts, hoodies, and other soft apparel. This method is known for its bright, long-lasting prints and works well for bulk orders. Screen printing is best for customers who need at least 20 items at a time.
What is screen printing?
Screen printing is the technique of creating a picture or pattern by forcing ink or metal on to a surface through a screen of fine material.
Are there minimums?
Yes. For screen printing, our minimum is 20 items.
Is there a set-up fee?
No. However, there may be an Art Fee assessed if your logo needs extensive work before we can use it for screen printing. If this is the case, we will disclose this prior to starting your job.
HOW LONG DOES SCREEN PRINTING TAKE?
Our standard lead time for screen printing is 2 weeks. If you need your items earlier, we may be able to accommodate you. However, a Rush Fee will apply.
HOW MUCH DOES SCREEN PRINTING COST?
Our prices for screen printing are based on the number of colors used in your design, the placement of said design, and the quantity of apparel ordered. More colors lead to a more expensive bill. Ordering in bulk will lead to a better price break.
Can I bring my own apparel?
No, we supply the apparel. We have a large variety of colors, qualities, blend, and style options to fit everyone’s needs! Feel free to peruse all of our apparel options on the Digital Catalogs page.
