What is Laser-Etching?
Laser-etching is a process that vaporizes materials into fumes to engrave permanent, deep marks. The laser beam acts as a chisel, incising marks by removing layers from the surface of the material. The laser hits localized areas with massive levels of energy to generate the high heat required for vaporization. It lasts forever!
IS THERE A MINIMUM PROJECT SIZE?
No, there is not a minimum project size. We can do any quantity! However, you do receive a bulk discount if you order 24 of the same size & color of drinkware. View our catalog here! Come visit us to take a look!
Is there a set-up fee?
No. However, there may be an Art Fee assessed if your logo needs extensive work before being laser-etched. If this is the case, we will disclose this prior to starting your job.
Do small details show up in etched designs?
Yes, absolutely! You can laser-etch as small as 0.2mm. Small details show up really well.
How much does Laser-Etching cost?
The cost of laser-etching is dependent on the size of the tumbler and the number of etched placements. The cost of your tumbler comes with one placement. Adding additional placements (like a name or secondary logo on the other side) is a few dollars more. If you’re interested in multiple placements, we can quote a cost for you at the time of your order.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Our standard lead time for laser-etching is 2 weeks. If you need your items earlier, we may be able to accommodate you. However, a Rush Fee will apply.
