IS THERE A MINIMUM PROJECT SIZE?
Nope! We’re happy to embroider a single shirt or uniforms for the 100+ employees on your team. However, we do offer bulk discounts starting at 12 pieces.
How much does custom embroidery cost?
Embroidery cost is dependent on stitch count, which is determined after digitizing. We are happy to estimate embroidery cost for you. Simply provide us with the image you’d like embroidered on your custom apparel. Please keep in mind that our estimates are just rough estimates until digitization.
Is there a set-up fee?
Yes. For custom embroidery, we charge a one-time digitizing fee of $25 for small sizes (such as a left chest or cap), and $75 for large sizes (e.g. a jacket back). After this, we have your design on file and can embroider items for you with the design in the future. Digitizing puts your design in the correct format for our embroidery machines.
Can I bring my own apparel?
We typically do not accept outside garments that we carry. We have extensive options that are best for decoration, so please check with us first before bringing in your own items. For provided garments, we do not guarantee the embroidery quality or longevity. The apparel we carry are known to accept our decoration methods. Check out our Digital Catalogs tab to view the catalog of items we carry. We will not replace any items if damaged.
How long does custom embroidery take?
Our standard lead time for custom embroidery is 2 weeks. If you need your items earlier, we may be able to accommodate you. However, a Rush Fee will apply.
